Effective October 22, 2026. Ducking Beach™ is operated by Roadside Rooms LLC in Gulf Breeze, Florida. These terms apply to your use of duckingbeach.com and purchases from our store. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our published policies.

Products and intended use

Our ducks are adult collectibles and Jeeper memorabilia. NOT A TOY. Not intended for children. Not suitable for children under 14. May contain small or rigid parts. Keep away from young children. Product photographs, screen colors, and minor manufacturing variations may affect appearance.

Orders and payment

You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement and provide accurate order and contact information. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Orders are subject to availability and payment approval. If an item is unavailable, an order contains a material pricing error, or we cannot fulfill it, we will contact you and refund any payment for the canceled portion. Price changes do not apply retroactively to accepted orders.

Shipping, cancellations, and returns

Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy form part of these terms. In-stock orders normally require 3–5 business days to process. Eligible return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Contact us promptly for cancellation before dispatch.

Community and trademarks

Ducking Beach is an independent business serving the Jeep ducking community. References to Jeep and ducking describe community interests and intended collectible use; they do not imply affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from Jeep or its trademark owners. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Website use and privacy

Do not use the store for fraud, unlawful activity, or interference with its operation. Our store is hosted by Shopify. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. External services may have their own terms.

Your rights and changes

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Florida law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections applicable to you. We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised version. The terms in effect when you ordered govern that purchase.
