Shipping policy

In-stock orders are normally processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Shipping destinations and charges

We currently ship to eligible United States addresses shown at checkout. Customers pay shipping and applicable taxes. Available shipping services, charges, and any delivery estimates are displayed before payment. Express shipping affects carrier transit time and does not shorten our processing time.

Tracking and delivery

We send shipment confirmation and tracking information when your order ships. Carrier delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, holidays, and other carrier disruptions may cause delays. If we cannot ship within the stated processing period, we will contact you with an updated estimate and cancellation options.

Address changes and shipment issues

Please check your address before ordering and email brian@roadsiderooms.com promptly if it needs correction. Changes may not be possible after dispatch. If a shipment is missing, damaged, or shows delivered but cannot be located, contact us so we can help investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Orders containing a preorder or backordered item will show any different shipping schedule on the product page before purchase.
