Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 14 days after delivery by emailing brian@roadsiderooms.com with your order number. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging and any included tags or stickers. Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide the return address and instructions.

For change-of-mind returns, you pay return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, except where required by law. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please contact us promptly with your order number and photos if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover any required return shipping. Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights.

Refunds

We will notify you after inspecting your return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

Cancellations and exchanges

Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation before dispatch. Once an order ships, our return process applies. For an exchange, contact us to arrange a return and place a new order.
